Big thank you to Jessica and crew at Custom Pools by Reynolds. After a previous pool maintenance company ruined the plaster on our pool last summer, Jessica at Custom Pools by Reynolds (company that originally built pool in 2014) helped us through the process of making our once pristine pool beautiful again. Once we decided to move forward with the re-plastering, Custom Pools by Reynolds was quick, efficient and professional. We have visitors coming in and Jessica assured me the pool would be ready for their visit and it is. They were sure to provide detailed instructions guaranteeing a beautiful pool. I also appreciate how the process was explained each step of the way. While not the least expensive, they certainly were not as expensive as other quotes we have received and they have the reputations and reviews to back their work. Highly recommend Custom Pools by Reynolds- a family affair, and their sister-store La Vernia Pool and Spa for your pool needs.

I am amending my original rating of a 1 to reflect a 5 based on the reviews of people that have actually used this complany, I found after the work order had been forwarded to 2 other places, the Hayward System doesn't notify, what i believe to be, the correct people such as the customer and the case manager when a company declines to take the work order so follow-up and redistributing the work order to another company is done. Also procedures should be established to ensure the inquiries concerning work order are replied to if received by email or voicemail instead of assuming the system is working correctly and informing all concerned of the declination, It would have prevented my review of this because of the assumption. I would have to say to follow the recommendation of the people about the great work this company does. Thanks.

Jessica was our consultant -- we highly appreciate her advice and experience, especially when we decided to make some changes during the process. Based on our personal experience, and others’ we spoke with, Custom Pools by Reynolds is the best pool builder in town, and we will recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good, responsible, experienced, and reputable pool builder. We had the best experience with Custom Pools by Reynolds! From day one the experience was above expectations! The design process with Bobby was amazing. He took the time to let us be apart of the design process of our pool. All the crews were so amazing. Kalif, Brad , and the rest of the crew would take the time while they were working to talk to us threw every process. The detail this business promotes is spot on. If you are ever in the market for a pool look no further. You will not be disappointed. Oh and by the way... they set you up for the first 30 days of chemical leveling through their other business, La Vernia Pool and Spa, which I found out is crucial to the curing of your plaster. They come out and level everything and then you get an email right after with the details and what they have done. We now have our dream pool and couldn't be happier!!!!!!!!! He sat down with us, listened to what we had in mind, and took it from there. His unique pool design ensures us that ours will stand out amongst other builders. What a treat it was to work from home to watch this build. Every group of individuals that came over were artists in their respective skills and complimented the past worker's efforts.
